How the awards work

ALL nominees will be recognised and celebrated at our Awards Ceremony in May 2026
ONE recipient will be selected from each category by our independent selection panel

What makes a strong nomination?

Past recipients have been recognised for:

Running community programs that support vulnerable people
Coaching junior sport while maintaining facilities and mentoring youth
Volunteering consistently in local organisation
Achieving sporting/artistic excellence while giving back through coaching or mentoring
Starting initiatives that brought community together
Going above and beyond their role to help others

Remember: Your nominee doesn’t have to be famous – we celebrate everyday people doing extraordinary things!
